Google does not follow specification which states that data of website to be loaded in form of packets each packet consist of 1 kb . It sends out all the packets required for the entire homepage to load at once to reach your computer. The RFC specification of starting with a window size of 1 and then growing exponentially is to prevent congestion in the network and at the receiver, but Google does not follow it.
Also nobody questions Google about it.
