Google does not follow specification which states that data of website to be loaded in form of packets  each packet consist of 1 kb . It sends out all the packets required for the entire homepage to load at once to reach your computer. The RFC specification of starting with a window size of 1 and then growing exponentially is to prevent congestion in the network and at the receiver, but Google does not follow it.

Also nobody questions Google about it.

Google owns a large number of domain names that are generally  misspellings/typos of google.com For example  gooogle.com, gogle.com, googil.com, googlr.com, gogole.com, goolge.com and more. All of these seamlessly redirect to Google's homepage.
